Hello, my name is John Ruff and I am the owner of Ruff and Ready Moving and Storage. We have been in business going on 6 years now. When I started this company with only $600 and some dollies with my friend Ojay to help me. I have worked for various moving companies before but after seeing how things are ran and how they treat their customers, I decided it was time to change the moving industry for the better.

Founder of La Jolla Hat Show, an annual community driven fashion show fundraiser event since 2009. For her profession, she assists a handful of private investors with their real estate portfolio, presenting unique and off market real estate opportunities to the right investor/buyer.

Proprietor of Mary’s Lumpia (TM 2007), coming soon to a Whole Foods near you in San Diego and Cardiff Seaside Market.

Served on Board of Trustees, La Jolla Town Council from 2011 – 2015 (appointed to first term, elected by community majority to second term).
