A graduate of Grand Canyon University and Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Jonathan Preston practices law in Califiornia .   Jonathan brings a strong real estate background having worked for American Title Company for over two years, prior to practicing law in real estate.

Jonathan Preston has extensive experience in the mortgage industry having represented numerous mortgage companies involved in real estate matters, commission disputes, unfair competition issues, and licensing issues. Jonathan Preston also brings to the firm extensive knowledge in the area of construction law and construction defect defense, involving complex multi party litigations throughout Southern California.
